Ingredients:

gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, soda water

The foundational fizz cocktail from the late 1800s. The Ramos Gin Fizz is its more elaborate cousin, but this simple version remains a timeless refresher.

Ingredients

gin 2 oz
lemon juice 1 oz
simple syrup 0.75 oz
soda water top

Instructions

Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with lemon wheel.
